Save $200 on Forma Registration by joining Province III attendees
Province 3 is excited to offer discounted tickets to the Forma23 Gathering this January 17-19, 2023 in Alexandria, VA. For more on the conference click here.
The Province is excited to be able to offer onsite tickets for $175 (savings of $200) and online tickets for $50 (savings of $100) while supplies last. Meals and accommodations are NOT included. (Please book these separately.)
Please use this form to register for the discounted FORMA conference tickets being offered by Province III. Do not use the Forma registration form - we will register for you once approved.
The tickets will be awarded to formation leaders within the Province on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last. You will be notified as soon as possible once your registration is approved. Filling out the registration form serves as an agreement to pay the ticket fee once the registration is approved/while supplies last. Payment can be made here. Do not pay until you hear that your registration has been approved:
