Province III is partnering with FORMA to provide significant discounts to those in our Province who wish to participate online through Forma's interactive platform OR in-person at our locally hosted retreat at the Claggett Center in Adamstown MD (where all of Forma's content will be streamed in real time).
To access these discounts please register through our link only (we will in turn register everyone for Forma using our sponsorship code).
• ONLINE ($50): (Jan 22-25, 2024) Participate in Forma's Online Event at the discounted rate of $50 (originally $120). Once you register and pay using our link your information will be entered into the Forma platform and you should receive a confirmation within 10 days (you do not need to register again on Forma's website - we will register for you).

• IN-PERSON ($250): (Jan 22-25, 2024) Travel to the Province III Forma Retreat at the Claggett Center. The cost for this is discounted to $250 thanks to a matched fee from participating Dioceses* ($250) and a FORMA conference sponsorship from the Province ($120). Payment includes three nights’ lodging in the Christiann Inn, 9 meals, and all activities, including registration to Forma (you do not need to register again for FORMA - we will register for you). Attendees from Province III should use ONLY the P3@Forma Eventbrite Form to register and pay for one of the options (you DO NOT NEED to register again for FORMA - we will register for you)
