Province III Council 2023

Save Sunday evening, November 5 and Monday, November 6, for Provincial Council 2023. We will again be meeting at the Holiday Inn, Martinsburg, WV. Based on feedback from our last gathering, we will begin the evening of November 5 with registration, dinner, and a brief meeting.
