Council 2023

Province III Council will meet on Sunday night November 5 and Monday November 6, 2023, at the Holiday Inn in Martinsburg, WV. Our meeting will begin Sunday at 7 pm with a brainstorming session on the next Province III Master Plan. We will begin our business meeting Monday morning at 9 am and end by 3:30 pm. If you need to stay overnight, please contact the Holiday Inn directly (304-267-5500) to make your own room reservations.

We will be voting on the 2024 provincial budget, hearing updates and plans from various ministry coordinators, as well as learn about and discuss the proposed changes to General Convention rules of order. The agenda, budget, and other materials for Council will be posted here as they become available.
