• In lieu of text or for more information, you may submit a link to another source
• Accompanying photos must be mailed to Pam Cochran at [email protected]
• All content must be in compliance with the Content Submission Terms stated below

Representations and Warranties. You are solely responsible for provided content and any consequences that occur because you’ve provided content for distribution to Province III for use on the website and/or newsletter. Each time you provide content, you represent and warrant that:

You are the creator and owner of the content or have all necessary rights from other people or companies to use, and permit Province III to use your content on the website and/or newsletter; and

Your content does not and will not infringe or misappropriate any third party right, including copyright and other intellectual property rights, privacy rights, rights of publicity, or moral rights, or slander, defame, or libel anyone. In other words, your content must be your original work and you must have the permission of any third parties that have rights in the content.

Disclaimer. There is no reasonable way for Province III to monitor all of the content that is provided, and we are under no obligation to use content provided. We also retain the right to edit any submitted content. We may at any time chose not to publish, remove or edit, for any reason, including, if we believe content violates a copyright, is objectionable, or for any other reason, or no reason, in our sole and absolute discretion.
